Your order

This shop is operated by ASLI DANE KARTAL, trading as Wren & Plume, UEN 53514614X. Each scarf is US$128, measures 65 × 65 cm, and is made from 100% silk twill with hand-rolled hems. The selected design, quantity, shipping charge and any taxes collected at checkout are shown before you pay.

Orders are pre-orders, with full payment taken at checkout. After successful payment, we confirm your pre-order. We currently expect to dispatch from Singapore between 1 and 15 December 2026; this is an estimated dispatch window, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. If you need to make a correction, contact us promptly. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund the payment, including shipping.

Payment and currency

Checkout is provided by Stripe and charges are made in US dollars. Your card provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees if your account uses another currency. We are not GST-registered in Singapore and do not charge Singapore GST.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Our delivery and returns policy forms part of these terms. It explains supported destinations, shipping costs, cancellation before dispatch, our 14-day change-of-mind return policy and help with faulty or missing orders.

The cancellation and return arrangements stated when you ordered apply to that order. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Product images

We aim to show each scarf accurately. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear. Please refer to the stated size and material details when choosing your scarf. This does not limit your rights if an item is not as described.

Our illustrations

The Wren & Plume name, original illustrations and website content belong to their respective rights holders. Please contact us before reproducing them commercially.
